Full Time (30 Hours or More) Job Requirements and Properties Work Onsite Full Time Schedule Full Time Job Description . Seeking 5+ years experience examining and analyzing complex claims related to environmental health hazards, toxic tort, asbestos, construction defect, complex GL, or similar.
Shall:
  • Handle complex claims with higher exposure and severity.
  • Investigate, analyze, review, and resolve claims.
  • Analyze policies to identify issues and extent of coverage.
  • Review coverage and loss notices.
  • Establish, investigate, analyze, and evaluate reserves
  • Evaluate liability and damages.
  • Assist with developing strategies for claims handling and litigation.
Salary to $115,000 with end of year bonus potential, company covered competitive benefits package including full medical, dental and vision plans. Paid time off from start for vacations, personal and sick days, and holidays. Company matched 401(k) and opportunities to advance within the organizational structure.
