Job Responsibilities:

Assess and approve Personal Accident (PA) claims within turnaround timelines and authority limits Review medical, financial, and supporting claim documents to determine claim eligibility and reserve adequacy Handle end-to-end claims assessment, investigations, and closure Liaise with medical institutions, policyholders, agents, and internal stakeholders for clarification and supporting documents Ensure accurate policy interpretation and fair claims decision-making Monitor pending claims to ensure timely resolution and proper closure Identify claim trends, unusual practices, and recommend process improvements Provide professional, empathetic, and timely communication to customers and stakeholders Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Interested applicants may email resume to kellychooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Chooi Kelly (
