Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Field Inspector, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and safety of property inspections across diverse environments. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will help identify risks, prevent fraud, and uphold quality standards. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, engage with clients, and make a tangible impact on risk management processes. As a Field Inspector, you will be the frontline ambassador of our commitment to accuracy, safety, and excellence in every inspection. Duties Conduct thorough on-site inspections of properties to assess conditions related to water damage, mold remediation, construction quality, and overall safety standards. Identify signs of potential fraud or misrepresentation during inspections and document findings meticulously. Perform risk analysis by evaluating structural integrity, water damage severity, mold presence, and other hazards that could impact property value or safety. Utilize specialized financial software to record inspection data accurately and generate detailed reports for clients and internal teams. Collaborate with contractors, restoration specialists, and underwriters to verify compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Manage risk by assessing water damage restoration needs and ensuring remediation processes meet regulatory requirements. Stay updated on industry best practices related to construction inspection, mold remediation, and water damage assessment to deliver expert evaluations. Experience Proven experience in sales and door to door interactions, water damage restoration mold remediation or related fields is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and risk management principles. Familiarity with financial software used for reporting and documentation purposes. Prior experience in underwriting or risk analysis is a plus. Excellent observational skills combined with the ability to analyze complex situations quickly and accurately. Ability to work independently outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high attention to detail. Relevant certifications such as construction inspection licenses or mold remediation credentials are advantageous but not mandatory. $56,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year
