Job Description

Director, Litigation Strategies & Outcomes Join our team as a Director, Litigation Strategies & Outcomes, where you will lead the Company's litigated claims program, oversee litigation strategy and legal operations, and drive successful claim resolution outcomes while managing internal legal teams and panel counsel relationships. Lead the Company's litigated claims program, including litigation strategy, staff counsel operations, and panel counsel management. Direct litigation strategy, claim resolution, settlement planning, and risk management initiatives. Oversee and develop legal, trial, paralegal, and technical claims teams. Manage panel counsel performance, legal outcomes, and compliance with Company guidelines. Monitor litigation budgets, legal expenses, and operational performance metrics. Develop and maintain litigation procedures, workflows, audit standards, and quality programs. Partner with Claims leadership and key stakeholders to support business objectives and enterprise risk management. Monitor legal and regulatory developments and implement process improvements as needed. Lead hiring, coaching, performance management, and development of assigned team members. Participate in catastrophe response efforts and work onsite in accordance with the Company's hybrid work model.
Minimum Requirements:
Eight (8) years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, including claims litigation and/or property claims adjusting experience. Five (5) years of progressive leadership or management experience. OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
Certifications and Licenses:
Must be required to possess a valid state of Florida driver's license Florida State Bar license Insurance industry designations or trade certifications as required
Preferred Qualifications:
