Job Description:
Provider Support Specialist (W2 Contract) We are partnering with a large healthcare company to hire a Provider Support Specialist for a 6-month W2 contract opportunity. This role is hybrid in Lehi, UT , with an expectation of 2 days onsite per week .

6 months (W2)
Pay Rate:
$23 to $25 per hour
Location:
Lehi, UT (2 days onsite per week)
Training:
First 3 weeks are required training. No time off is permitted during this period
Assessment:
A brief assessment is required as part of the interview process This position is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare operations, insurance, or claims who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with provider offices. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for healthcare providers and their staff Respond to provider inquiries via phone and messaging in a timely and professional manner Investigate and resolve complex issues related to: Claims status and processing Benefits and eligibility Prior authorizations and coordination of benefits Billing and cost-sharing questions Verify and communicate patient eligibility and coverage details Accurately document all interactions in internal systems Collaborate with internal teams such as claims and operations to resolve issues Identify trends and contribute to process improvements Educate providers on tools and best practices to improve efficiency What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, insurance, or medical claims Strong understanding of claims, eligibility, benefits, and prior authorization processes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and strong documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting Familiarity with HIPAA and handling sensitive information PrideGlobal and it's affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
