Our ideal HR Compliance Investigator candidate must be able to: Lead and conduct independent investigations Perform investigative research: including reviewing and analyzing all information (i.e. emails, data files, invoices), including performing forensic analysis and reviewing company policies & procedures Review and assess complaints and allegations and be able to develop and manage investigation plans and strategies Conduct interviews with concern raisers, witnesses, and subject matter experts Ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements for conducting investigations, including matters involving employee interviews, data privacy, labor and employment requirements, Carry out prompt, thorough, and objective investigations into alleged violations of misconduct, procedure or company policy. Draft clear and comprehensive investigation reports Deliver oral briefings to case owners, and identify appropriate corrective actions
Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college Experience requirements for this
