Job Description

We are seeking skilled Express Claims Adjuster who excel in compassion and effective communication to resolve low-exposure insurance claims. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service by providing expertise, building trust, and cultivating customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to manage a high volume of claims with both efficiency and accuracy. Analyze, review, and interpret insurance policies to accurately assess coverage and liability Manage claims of simple to moderate complexity, including single-vehicle and non-disputed accidents Establish and maintain appropriate loss and expense reserves for assigned claims Evaluate the need for further investigation on complex claims to ensure a fair and equitable resolution for all parties involved Oversee and direct the work performed by independent adjusters or appraisers to ensure quality and compliance Thoroughly document, verify, and review damages to support claim evaluations Facilitate timely payments to insureds, claimants, and/or service providers High level of attention to detail which is critical for accuracy of routing Possess necessary speed and efficiency to process a large volume of work to meet tight deadlines Have great clerical and organizational skills to ensure proper record keeping Onsite presence is required every day Property and Casualty (P&C) adjuster's license in the state of domicile, plus non-resident adjuster's licenses in all other states where required—or the ability to obtain them within 60 days of starting Benefits Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire: Medical plans > plan options with $0 payroll deduction Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans, both have options with a $0 paycheck contribution Company Paid (Health Savings Accounts) HSA Contribution when enrolled in the High-Deductible medical plan with HSA Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits Company paid Basic Life, AD&D Short-term and long-term disability insurance (90 day waiting period) Employee Assistance Program Sick and Vacation time (Flex time for salary positions, Accrued hours for Hourly positions), and Paid Holidays Back-up childcare and parenting support resources Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation Programs Tesla Babies program Commuter benefits Employee discounts and perks program
