In this dynamic role, you'll lead program oversight, drive continuous quality improvement, and ensure impactful, compliant service delivery across Community Initiatives programs. If you're passionate about outcomes, collaboration, and making a measurable difference, this is your opportunity to shape programs that truly matter. Job Summary Oversee areas of compliance for Community Initiatives programs, certifications and accreditations. Responsibilities Monitor program performance goals and program certifications/accreditations for CI&P Coordinate quarterly quality reviews of programs through CQI process to enhance services and meet funding requirements Manage outcomes dashboard Complete seat audits of programs to ensure grant requirements are being met Review and manage customer satisfaction surveys and propose service delivery adjustments and training to enhance services Ensure direct execution and modification of program operating policies to support objectives related to the delivery of services, risk management, quality control, and fiscal compliance Review programmatic outcomes and fiscal grant performance and provide feedback/corrective action steps to program management Knowledge of all CI&P services and programmatic requirements Assist with program audit prep and accreditation prep Other duties as assigned Qualifications Knowledge & Skills Excellent communication skills Solid working knowledge of human services and grants management and programs Computer proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook applications Organized, self-motivated, and goal oriented Ability to work with a team Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in social service field or similar (BS, BSW, BA, etc.) A minimum of 5 years of direct client service/case management experience and grant compliance experience preferred Data and evaluation experience preferred
Requirements:
Valid Alabama driver's license Reliable transportation Proof of automobile insurance commensurate with State law Background checks to include but are not limited to criminal record and drug screen Normal office environment with occasional after-hours work and some travel required
