Job Description

Overview:
The Licensing Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the licensing needs within Microsoft Entra ID and Intune environments. This role involves ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. This is an in-office position at our Mobile, AL facility.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process Microsoft license assignments. Ensure compliance with all relevant Microsoft licensing regulations and requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Microsoft licenses. Provide support and guidance to clients regarding Microsoft licensing issues. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any licensing-related concerns. Monitor and track license expiration dates and notify clients of upcoming renewals. Conduct daily audits to ensure all licenses are current and valid.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a licensing or compliance role, preferably with Microsoft products. Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing regulations and requirements. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and licensing management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Resume Required
