Full Job Description About Us:
Hampton Cove Owners Association is an organization dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of living for our residents. We are committed to preserving the aesthetic appeal and integrity of our neighborhood through diligent compliance and architectural review processes.
Job Summary:
The Compliance and Architectural Review Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all properties within Hampton Cove adhere to the community's rules, regulations, and architectural guidelines. This role involves conducting regular inspections, reviewing architectural plans, and working closely with homeowners to address any compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of properties utilizing SmartWebs to ensure compliance with community rules and architectural guidelines. Review and approve architectural plans and modifications submitted by homeowners. Communicate with homeowners regarding compliance issues and provide guidance on necessary corrections. Maintain accurate records in SmartWebs of inspections, approvals, and communications. Address and resolve complaints related to non-compliance in a timely and professional manner. Educate homeowners about community guidelines and the importance of compliance. Participate in community meetings and provide reports on compliance and architectural review activities. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of architectural design and community regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage and diffuse difficult situations. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Previous experience in community rules compliance and homeowner architecture review processes within a homeowners association or property management organization is preferred but not required. This position is a non-telework role and requires the candidate to pass a drug test and background check. Must have a valid driver's license. Bachelor's degree preferred.
