• The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, leads the development and execution of compliance strategies within their area, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

com, including cross-border fulfillment in international markets. Collaborating with legal and subject matter experts, we design and implement compliance programs, policies, and controls at scale using AI, machine learning, and keyword algorithms. We continuously monitor policy effectiveness and provide actionable insights to business and technology partners to enhance control precision. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance and operational excellence by integrating advanced technologies with strategic policy management, supporting Walmart's commitment to responsible and efficient marketplace operations.

• What you'll do:
• + Direct compliance and ethics consistency by addressing inquiries, monitoring regulations, and updating policies with leadership input.

+ Analyze data and prepare reports on compliance findings, communicating results to senior leadership and coordinating follow-up actions. + Manage legislation assessment strategies, including research, impact analysis, and development of adaptation plans for proposed laws. + Lead regulatory forecasting, gap analysis, and trend identification to anticipate future compliance obligations. + Supervise and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing team. + Collaborate cross-functionally to remove obstacles, drive business plans, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• What you'll bring:
• + Proven expertise in governance and compliance strategy with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.

+ Demonstrated experience in compliance risk management, including identifying gaps and developing effective mitigation strategies. + Leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and manage teams to achieve compliance objectives. + Excellent communication skills to convey complex regulatory information clearly to stakeholders. + Ability to analyze data, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior leadership for informed decision-making. + Strong capability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
