Role Overview:

Dedicated Project Assistant/Admin with expertise in supporting project operations through efficient administrative management, reporting, and logistical coordination. Skilled in tracking resources, ensuring compliance, and providing critical support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Documentation Produce bi-monthly cost summaries and forward-looking two-week cost projections for project budgeting. Accurately complete rig sheets to facilitate operational oversight and optimize the invoicing process. Compile comprehensive manpower and hour reports to assist in project tracking and analysis. Manage MSHA reporting requirements to ensure compliance and accurate documentation. Logistical Coordination Arrange travel logistics for team members, ensuring efficient planning and execution. Update and maintain training matrices to track employee qualifications and compliance. Manage the wire rope and rod management plan, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Safety & Compliance Management Ensure that fire suppression systems are current and compliant with safety standards. Track critical spare parts and equipment, maintaining inventory and readiness. Office and Supply Management Manage the office trailer, ensuring organization and a functional workspace. Oversee ice and water supply management to support crew needs on-site. Organize celebratory meals for crews to foster morale and recognition of achievements. Support ordering of essential supplies, including personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed. Collaboration & Support Provide administrative support to Laura with Black Fox management and invoicing tasks to streamline project financials.
