This highly visible role leads and develops managers, drives continuous improvement, and partners across the organization to strengthen controls, improve the dealer and customer experience, and support the growth of the Auto Finance business. In the Role Lead and develop managers responsible for Auto Verification operations, fostering a high-performing and engaged team. Establish and monitor performance, quality, service, productivity, and fraud prevention standards. Partner with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and business leaders to identify trends, address risks, and improve performance. Develop and strengthen verification processes and controls to support changing business volumes, credit cycles, and regulatory requirements. Identify and lead process and technology improvements that increase efficiency, reduce expense, and enhance the customer and dealer experience. Use data and business insights to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and influence strategic decisions. Communicate business performance, risks, and recommendations effectively to senior leadership. Requirements 7+ years of experience in consumer lending, auto finance, verification, fraud, risk, or related financial services operations. Demonstrated experience leading and developing managers and high-performing teams. Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build effective cross-functional partnerships. Strong understanding of risk, fraud prevention, compliance, and operational controls. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to lead through change, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Bachelor's degree. Leadership experience within auto finance, consumer lending, or verification operations. Experience partnering with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Audit, and Technology teams. Experience leading process improvement, technology, or operational transformation initiatives.
