The Role We're seeking an EHS Project Manager with 2-6 years of industry experience to join our growing team in our Long Beach, CA office. This role bridges technical expertise with project management skills, with a focus on developing leadership capabilities, allowing you to both lead projects and contribute to our company's growth. You'll manage key client relationships, oversee compliance initiatives, and serve as a technical mentor to EHS Specialists while working alongside senior leadership to develop service offerings. What You'll Do

• Manage EHS projects for our clients, providing exceptional client service while maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Develop health and safety programs for clients.
• Prepare reports for our clients to follow guidance and regulations designed by EPA, DTSC, local CUPAs, Fire departments, Water boards, and other federal, state, and local government agencies.
• Assist with permitting requirements and documentation (air quality, wastewater, Tiered Permitting, storm water, etc.).
• Conduct training for employees of client companies.
• Conduct monitoring (air monitoring, soil sampling, etc.).
• Conduct compliance audits.
• Provide ongoing compliance support to clients.
• Provide various other support activities to clients to assist with their compliance efforts. What You Bring
• 2-6 years of experience in environmental consulting or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
• Strong knowledge of California EH&S regulations including CalOSHA, air quality, hazardous materials/waste, stormwater and wastewater, and health & safety compliance with expertise in at least one field.
• Strong experience in environmental consulting.
• Professional certifications (PE, CPP, PG, CHMM, etc.) highly valued.
• Strategic thinking abilities with a talent for anticipating client needs and regulatory trends.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to clients.
• Comfortable conducting trainings for groups of 10-40 people.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and environmental compliance software.
• Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Why Work With Us
