This is a high-visibility initiative requiring an adept project leader who can influence without direct authority, navigate complex cross-functional stakeholder dynamics, and translate technical HR/Legal compliance requirements into executive-ready strategies.

Required Qualifications & Essential Skills Program Leadership:

Proven track record leading enterprise-wide HR, Compensation, or Organizational Transformation programs within complex, fast-paced environments.

Lead end-to-end program planning, establishing detailed milestones, project roadmaps, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies across all business units.

FLSA & Exemption Analysis:

Partner with Compensation, Legal, and HR Leadership to evaluate primary employee duties, decision-making authority, and job scope to inform compliant FLSA exemption classifications.

Stakeholder Alignment & SMEs:

Facilitate structured review sessions and interviews with department heads, People Business Partners, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate actual job responsibilities vs. documented roles.

Audits & Content Reconciliation:

Conduct job audits to identify gaps between documented responsibilities and actual work performed, driving consensus on organizational design and role clarity.

Risk Management & Mitigation:

Proactively identify program risks, resource constraints, and cross-functional roadblocks, developing creative mitigation strategies to keep deliverables on schedule.

Executive Dashboards & Reporting:
