Accepting applications Property Manager•Administrative Compliance Technician (Bilingual Korean Preferred) We are seeking a detail‑driven, organized, and resident‑focused Administrative Compliance Technician to support our Property Management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced housing environment, understands compliance requirements, and communicates effectively with diverse residents — especially Korean‑speaking households. Key Responsibilities Process Annual Recertifications Ensure timely and accurate completion of all yearly resident income and eligibility recertifications in accordance with program requirements. Process Interim Certifications Review and process household changes, income updates, and status adjustments to maintain compliance throughout the year. Assist With Resident Relations Provide professional, friendly support to residents; help resolve concerns; and maintain positive community relationships. Post Notices Prepare and distribute required notices, reminders, and compliance communications to residents. Prepare Lease Violations Document and issue lease violation notices in alignment with property policies and regulatory guidelines. Process Move‑In Applications Review, verify, and approve new applicant files to ensure eligibility and compliance before move‑in. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual•Korean/English (strongly preferred) Experience with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, etc.) Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Excellent communication and customer‑service skills Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines 🚀 Apply with BGSF Today BGSF is one of the largest staffing firms in the country.
