20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment

40 hours/year (increased to 69 hours/year for Seattle) including 5 discretionary sick days per instance Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
Baby Bonding Leave:
18 weeks
Holidays:

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience defining and building global security intelligence and risk mitigation strategies. 10 years of experience analyzing, interpreting, and drawing solutions from data, as it relates intelligence and risk. 5 years of experience in resource management including defining organizational structures and managing global teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing global projects from conception to implementation. Experience managing and leveraging key relationships with stakeholders and vendors. Ability to solve for highly complex, ambiguous problems related to security intelligence, impacting end users at a global scale. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.

Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute practices to assess and mitigate risks to company assets, and collect, evaluate, and disseminate accurate and timely intelligence assessments to appropriate stakeholders to help inform decision-making in crises. Provide ongoing support for data users through maintenance of reports, queries, and dashboards, fielding user questions, authoring documentation, and delivering training. Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals. Engage key stakeholders throughout Google/Alphabet enterprise to improve performance.
