Develops and maintains compliance policies, procedures, education programs, and tools that support organizational compliance. Twelve (12) plus years experience in corporate compliance. Five (5) plus years leadership responsibility. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Strong knowledge of corporate compliance, risk management, internal controls, and audit requirements. Knowledge of IT controls, information security, COSO, and SOX 404 requirements. Experience with Audit Compliance and ERP systems (e.g. Workiva, Auditboard, Workday, Dynamics, GreatPlains, Blackline) a plus. Strong leadership skills with experience establishing objectives, developing teams, and driving results. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office experience. ISO, Lean Six Sigma, CPA, CIA, or CISA certification is a plus.

Salary:

$111,000-$140,000 This role is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
