In this vital role you will manage permit applications and coordinate with regulatory agencies. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth project execution while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Prepare, submit, and track permit applications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with construction teams, project managers, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely permit approvals. Maintain comprehensive records of permits, approvals, and related documentation for audit readiness. Review project plans to confirm adherence to
FEMA , HOA, DOT
ect where applicable. Prepare detailed reports on permit status, compliance issues, and regulatory reporting requirements for internal review and external audits. Requirements Proven experience in construction permitting, regulatory compliance management, or related fields. Strong knowledge of Zoning standards and guidelines Excellent report writing skills with the ability to produce clear documentation of compliance activities. Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable project steps. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple permits simultaneously. This role is essential for ensuring our projects meet all legal requirements.
