Position Summary:

Responsible for an ongoing audit of all crewmember training forms/records to ensure Atlas and FAA compliance. The Training Records Administrator maintains all crewmember qualification in the AIMS computer system.

Major Job Accountabilities:

Maintains all flight crew training records to ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations Provides crew scheduling flight crew data that determines if a crewmember is qualified and current to perform assigned duties Audits periodically crew training records to ensure all required documentation and data is in the appropriate training folder and is current Notifies flight crewmembers of any discrepancies or omissions in their training file Notifies flight crewmembers when a required document will expire Responsible for the audit and entry of all Check Airmen and Instructor records May assist in the Special Tracking program

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required. Minimum of four years of related experience including one year of comprehensive airline training records experience
