Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Permitting Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage the permitting process for projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and local building codes. Your expertise will help streamline project approvals, and maintain regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Prepare, submit, and track permit applications for construction projects across multiple trades. Ensure all permits meet OSHA standards, FDA regulations, and local building codes before project commencement. Coordinate with city officials, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to facilitate timely permit approvals. Maintain comprehensive records of permitting activities, inspections, and compliance documentation. Conduct regular reviews of project sites to verify ongoing adherence to permit requirements and safety standards. Write detailed reports on permitting status, compliance issues, and corrective actions for management review. Stay current with evolving regulations related to construction permits, public health policies, and industry best practices. Qualifications Proven experience in construction permitting or regulatory compliance management. Knowledge of OSHA standards, FDA regulations related to construction or manufacturing environments, and local building codes. Strong report writing skills with the ability to document complex compliance processes clearly. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with regulatory agencies and internal teams. Experience with regulatory reporting requirements and maintaining detailed compliance records.
Valid Drivers License Pay:
