Director of Compliance and Programs YWCA of Palm Beach County - 3.7 West Palm Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $80,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Strategic management Program design Program management Data collection Senior leadership Full Job Description Job Summary The Director of Compliance and Programs is a senior executive leader responsible for ensuring organizational compliance, program excellence, and mission alignment across all YWCA of Palm Beach County programs. This role provides strategic oversight of program development, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, risk management, and outcomes measurement, while advancing the YWCA's mission to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. The Director of Compliance and Programs serves as a key thought partner to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring that programs are effective, trauma-informed, equitable, financially responsible, and compliant with all applicable laws, contracts, and accreditation standards. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Risk Management Ensure organizational compliance with all federal, state, county, and local regulations, including grant and contract requirements. Oversee compliance with funder, licensing, accreditation, and certification standards. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls. Lead organizational risk management efforts, including audits, monitoring reviews, and corrective action plans. Serve as a primary liaison with auditors, regulators, and monitoring agencies. Program Leadership & Oversight Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all YWCA programs, ensuring alignment with mission, values, and community needs. Ensure programs are evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and outcomes-driven. Support program innovation, expansion, and continuous improvement. Oversee program evaluation, data collection, and performance metrics to demonstrate impact and effectiveness. Collaborate with Development and Finance teams to support grant compliance, reporting, and sustainability. Strategic Planning & Organizational Leadership Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute organizational strategy. Contribute to long-range planning, program sustainability, and growth initiatives. Present program and compliance reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Board Committees as requested. Support board governance related to program quality, compliance, and risk. Equity, Inclusion & YWCA Mission Advance the YWCA's commitment to racial and gender equity across all programs and policies. Ensure compliance and program practices reflect YWCA's values and a trauma-informed approach. Promote inclusive practices that serve diverse populations throughout Palm Beach County.
