Licensing and Compliance Manager Advice Bee, LLC West Palm Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $90,000 - $120,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Productivity software Full Job Description Position Overview Advice Bee LLC is conducting a search for an experienced Licensing and Compliance Manager for a professional financial services organization located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The Licensing and Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing licensing activities, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting audits and examinations, and ensuring licensing records remain accurate and up to date across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Manage company and individual licensing records and documentation Coordinate license applications, renewals, amendments, and related filings Monitor regulatory updates and support ongoing compliance efforts Maintain licensing records, reports, and documentation Assist with audit preparation and regulatory examinations Track licensing deadlines and renewal requirements Partner with internal departments to ensure compliance with applicable requirements Review licensing information for accuracy and completeness Support process improvements related to licensing and compliance operations Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding licensing procedures and requirements Qualifications Previous experience in mortgage licensing, compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field Experience working in a regulated financial services environment Strong knowledge of licensing processes and regulatory requirements Experience supporting audits, examinations, or compliance reviews Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience What We Offer Competitive compensation Professional growth opportunities Collaborative and professional work environment Long-term career development potential
