Overview We are seeking a highly qualified ODA Unit Membe r to join our team. Electrical DER working to provide FAA certification of data for electrical and avionics systems . This pivotal role involves managing and overseeing the authorization processes. Airplane Turbine Engine (Authorized Area = A) and Auxiliary Power Unit (Authorized Area = E) with indicating and control system- electronic authorized functions. Electrical Control Systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities align with strict regulatory standards, including FAA regulations, and support the company's commitment to quality assurance and compliance management. Duties Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Organization Designation Authorization procedures in accordance with FAA standards. Responsible for the design, research and development of advanced new applications resulting in new product/business for the company. Provide training and guidance to cross-functional teams on authorization procedures, expectations, and compliance best practices. Maintain accurate records of all authorization activities, approvals, and correspondence for audit readiness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in science or a related field; advanced degrees preferred. Proven experience in managing organization designation authorizations. Airplane Turbine Engine (Authorized Area = A) and Auxiliary Power Unit (Authorized Area = E) with indicating and control system- electronic authorized functions Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to interpret complex regulatory guidelines accurately.
