Job Overview We are seeking a Director of Safety & Compliance to lead enterprise-wide safety, compliance, corporate security, and risk management programs across our growing 3PL organization. This leader will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance across warehouse and transportation operations, and reduce overall risk exposure. This role reports to the Chief HR & Compliance Officer and partners closely with Operations leadership to balance safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
