Customs & Excise Trade Compliance (CETC) Special Projects Lead - Decatur, IL Job Summary ADM is seeking a highly motivated Customs & Excise Trade Compliance (CETC) Special Projects Lead to drive the execution of strategic transformation initiatives across our global CETC organization. This role will serve as the central project leader for global customs programs, partnering with regional customs teams and key business stakeholders to enhance operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead initiatives focused on digitization, automation, process standardization, training, and continuous improvement while supporting ADM's long-term trade compliance strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of global customs operations within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities Lead the expansion of ADM's global CETC transformation program, including strategy development, discovery, solution evaluation, selection, and implementation Serve as the primary coordinator and accountable leader for global customs and trade compliance special projects Develop and execute transformation roadmaps with measurable milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics aligned with global CETC objectives Drive digitization, automation, process definition, and process standardization initiatives across global customs operations Oversee the CETC Network of Champions program, including training development, documentation, presentations, KPI creation, and implementation planning Develop, maintain, and govern standard operating procedures (SOPs) Collaborate with regional customs managers and specialists to identify opportunities for process improvements and future service expansion Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, IWD, and other key stakeholders Leverage data, technology, and best practices to improve efficiency, visibility, and compliance performance globally Job Requirements Bachelor's degree with project management experience preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Minimum 5 years of experience in Import or Export Compliance Extensive knowledge of global customs operations, trade compliance requirements, and import/export processes Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong digital and data literacy SAP experience preferred, with SAP GTS experience strongly desired Professional English language proficiency required Excited about this role but don't think you meet every requirement listed? Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between: : $92,800.00 - $173,600.00

The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
