We provide caregivers, CNAs, therapists, and nurses to deliver home-based care for the elderly and individuals with medical needs. Job Overview Oversees daily operations and overall functionality of the Compliance team and their performance and also responsible for TIP. Strategize on methods and solutions to optimize workflow efficiency of the team. Responsibilities In charge of day-to-day activities of the Compliance team and their performance, make sure the Compliance team is executing tasks efficiently, conducting performance appraisal for team members when needed. Responsible for the department's compliance program. Assists with the overall development and implementation of the compliance plan, goals and initiatives. Provide strategic guidance to all Compliance team members in discharging their duties Ensure a seamless workflow between team members and other departments within the agency in order to achieve a common goal Collaborate with respective managers on compliance matters and shared initiatives Attend where and when necessary, IDOA compliance meetings Distill and interpret IDOA policies for the Compliance team Responsible for TIP management and compliance Responsible for caregiver internal and external audit Coordinate with HR on relevant personnel matters Conduct interviews for prospective team members and oversee their training. Responsible for caregiver Quarterly In-Service Training- ensuring that caregivers participate in all required trainings Monthly caregiver deactivation Perform other iob-related duties as assigned. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master's degree preferred but not required). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in homecare, healthcare compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory oversight . Prior experience managing a team or leading a compliance or quality department. Strong familiarity with IDOA (Illinois Department on Aging) regulations, homecare standards, and state‑specific compliance requirements. Experience conducting internal and external audits , caregiver file reviews, and compliance investigations.
Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:
