Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a responsible, organized, and detail oriented Person to join our team. The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring company operations comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.. This position oversees safety and environmental compliance programs, maintains regulatory documentation, coordinates audits and inspections on all rigs and equipment ,and works closely with our field personnel to promote a safe and compliant work environment. The Compliance Manager investigates incidents, develops corrective action plans, monitors employee training and certifications, maintains vehicle registrations and permits, and ensures all company records remain current and audit-ready Responsibilities Qualifications Valid Driver's License Proficiency with regulatory compliance analysis tools and compliance management software platforms. Prior experience in this position is preferred but not required. Good writing skills for preparing detailed regulatory submissions and reports. Solid knowledge of risk management principles related to healthcare products and research activities. Effective project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Data analysis skills for interpreting complex regulatory data sets and supporting decision-making processes. Familiarity with HSC Training Strong cross-functional communication skills to liaise effectively across departments and with external agencies. OSHA Certification is preferred but not required.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
