Job Description

Agent in Charge (AIC) Responsibilities and Duties As an Agent in Charge (AIC) for Green Releaf Dispensary, you are entrusted with managing daily operations andensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. Below are the key responsibilities and duties expected from you in this role, based on our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
  • Ensure all dispensary operations comply with state and local cannabis regulations.
  • Manage inventory processes, including receiving, storing, and tracking cannabis products.
  • Oversee the daily reconciliation of inventory in the BioTrackTHC system, Point-of-Sale (POS) system, and state-mandated tracking systems.
  • Ensure proper cash management, including regular reconciliation and secure handling procedures. Compliance and Security
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to IDFPR regulations, including maintaining accurate records of sales, waste management, and employee activities.
  • Conduct regular audits of security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access logs, to ensure compliance with state requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer, employee, and operational information as outlined in the HIPAA and state policies. Leadership and Training
  • Supervise and provide guidance to dispensary staff, including managers, budtenders, and security personnel.
  • Conduct or oversee training programs, including Responsible Vendor Training, POS system training, and compliance refreshers.
  • Foster a professional and collaborative work environment while holding staff accountable for compliance and performance. Customer Service and Sales Oversight
  • Ensure customer interactions comply with state regulations, including ID verification and sales limits tracking.
  • Monitor customer service quality to maintain a professional and supportive dispensary experience.
  • Manage any customer complaints or concerns promptly and in accordance with company policies. Day-to-Day Duties
  • Conduct physical inventory counts daily and at the end of each week to ensure accuracy.
  • Oversee product storage, ensuring cannabis products are moved from the vault to day storage and returned to the vault after sales hours.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and display of products, including compliance with state testing requirements.
  • Manage and document all instances of loss or theft, ensuring reports are submitted to the appropriate authorities within 24 hours.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections or audits. Expectations for Success
  • Demonstrate leadership by maintaining high standards of compliance, professionalism, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to address operational challenges and ensure seamless workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, inventory adjustments, and compliance-related activities.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in operations or compliance and implement corrective actions.

Weekend Availability must required for this position. Your role as an AIC is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the dispensary, compliance with regulations, and apositive experience for both employees and customers.
