Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on leader to work directly with classroom staff to improve quality, maintain Michigan child care licensing compliance, and provide daily coaching and support. Responsibilities Observe classrooms and ensure licensing rules and company policies are followed. Work alongside teachers to model appropriate classroom practices. Provide immediate coaching, corrective feedback, and positive reinforcement. Support teachers with classroom management, supervision, and challenging behaviors. Identify concerns, develop improvement plans, and follow up to ensure progress. Work with Site Administrators to maintain safe, high-quality classrooms. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed Michigan child care center. Strong knowledge of Michigan child care licensing rules. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and hold staff accountable. Positive, approachable, confident, and comfortable working directly in classrooms. $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
