$120,000- $140,000 Position Overview Dental Associates Minnesota is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Quality Initiatives and Compliance to help lead clinical quality initiatives, provider development, compliance oversight, and operational consistency across our growing organization. Reporting to the Dental Director, this leadership role is ideal for a licensed Dental Hygienist or Dental Therapist who brings a strong clinical background, exceptional organizational skills, and a teacher-minded approach to leadership. The ideal candidate enjoys mentoring providers and clinical teams, improving systems and processes, and creating a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous learning. This position partners closely with doctors, practice managers, and organizational leadership to support clinical standards, patient experience, risk management, and regulatory compliance across multiple practice locations.             • Daytime schedule 8:00am-5:00pm; additional hours may be required based on organizational needs
            • Travel between practice locations Responsibilities
            • Work collaboratively with the Dental Director to support provider development, quality initiatives, and organizational clinical standards. This position reports directly to the Dental Director.
            • Partner with providers and leadership to maintain standards of patient care and clinical consistency
            • Lead and oversee practice record review processes, including procedural, analytical, and focused audits.
            • Complete clinical record reviews, evaluate findings, identify opportunities for improvement, and partner with providers and leadership to support clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
            • Serve as HIPAA Coordinator and oversee OSHA, infection control, sterilization, and radiation safety compliance
            • Coordinate provider credentialing, continuing education tracking, and clinical documentation standards
            • Support risk management initiatives and patient grievance resolution processes
            • Serve as a mentor and clinical resource to providers and clinical teams
            • Foster a culture of coaching, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
            • Support onboarding, training, and provider development initiatives Qualifications
            • Active Minnesota Dental Hygiene License or Dental Therapist license required
            • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of dental workflows, patient care standards, and provider operations
            • Leadership experience in dental quality assurance, compliance, clinical operations, or provider support preferred
            • Teacher, mentor, and coach mindset with a passion for educating and supporting others
            • Strong understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards
            • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
            • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities
            • Ability to collaborate effectively with providers, managers, and leadership teams Work Location
