Circle of Life is growing, and we have an opening for a Compliance Lead to join our corporate office in Shoreview. The Compliance Lead monitors, advises, audits, reports and serves as a resource and services business line to help ensure complete and timely adherence to all compliance provisions. Position Duties Include Payer contract and license management (health plans, DHS) Facilitate training related to regulatory and payer compliance updates Support external audits (health plans, licensure audits) Facilitate training related to compliance components Support VA compliance for both clients and caregivers Participate in drafting policies / procedures Record retention policy and process Data integrity & system alignment Maintain compliance scorecard Track audit trends and devise training plans to reconcile identified gaps Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 3 years in directly relatable healthcare role, preferred direct experience with payer relations and payer contracting, and a background in RCM specific compliance needs.
