You'll work closely with Operations, HR, managers, and employees across the company to support safety initiatives, training compliance, workers' compensation administration, DOT programs, employee engagement activities, and much more. We are seeking a detail‑oriented Safety Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to our company‑wide safety, training, and regulatory compliance programs. This position focuses on tracking, documenting, coordinating, and maintaining records related to safety and compliance requirements to support audit readiness and regulatory reporting. This role does not have supervisory or managerial responsibility and works under the direction of operations and human resource leadership. What You'll Do Coordinate company-wide safety training programs and documentation Monitor OSHA compliance and maintain OSHA logs Track training certifications and recurring compliance requirements Administer workers' compensation documentation, investigations and claim tracking Coordinate return-to-work and modified duty programs Schedule and coordinate internal and external safety training resources Support and maintain DOT documentation including DOT medical cards Maintain driver qualification and compliance records Communicate training deadlines and follow up to ensure completion Support emergency preparedness programs and fire marshal inspections Maintain safety records that are audit-ready and inspection-ready What We're Looking For Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
