We are seeking a safety-focused leader to oversee Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) compliance, training, and operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining OSHA compliance, improving safety performance, and driving operational excellence across fulfillment centers.

What You'll Do:
Lead PIT compliance programs and ensure adherence to OSHA standards Oversee PIT fleet operations, maintenance coordination, and utilization Develop and manage operator training and certification programs Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations Manage PIT-related budgets and resource planning Maintain accurate training and compliance documentation Partner with operations, safety, and leadership teams Lead meetings and communicate performance metrics and updates Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
What You'll Bring:
High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) 5+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments Strong knowledge of
OSHA PIT
regulations (29 CFR 1910.178) Experience with safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations Leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
