The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting key foreclosure processes, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and client guidelines, and driving efficiency within the team. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to develop and maintain policies, procedures, and reports related to foreclosure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the foreclosure team to ensure productivity, compliance, and client objectives are met. Oversee foreclosure timelines, ensuring adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and client guidelines. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to optimize departmental efficiency. Monitor workflow and performance metrics to ensure high levels of productivity and service. Conduct audits and analyze reports to identify trends, improve processes, and mitigate risks. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate case resolution. Prevent compensatory fees and penalties by ensuring strict compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Respond to client reports and address performance concerns in a timely and effective manner. Assist in preparing for and participating in audits.
