JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Director of Compliance is responsible for managing property Internal Controls, overseeing overall training of State and Federal guidelines and overseeing initiatives to ensure compliance with the Company's anti-money laundering, regulatory, and other compliance programs. This position is responsible for both New Hampshire locations; Rockingham Grand Casino and Chaser's Poker Room.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Designated as the anti-money laundering ("AML") Compliance Officer for both New Hampshire locations with responsibility for oversight of compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the Company's anti-money laundering program. Oversee efforts to monitor reportable currency transactions and suspicious activities. Serve as a liaison between the property and New Hampshire Lottery and Gaming Commission to ensure that all regulatory compliance issues are cured accurately and timely. Ensure that AML training is conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements as well as the Company's AML programs. Assure compliance with reporting requirements. Monitor and implement employee training and determine in specific instances when and where applicable reports must be filed. Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, standard operating procedures and regulations for state and federal agencies. Correspond and communicate with state regulators. Manage necessary requirements to maintain business permits and licensing. Develop staff, including training and evaluating. Review regulatory and compliance activities with Senior Leadership Team. Project professional image as a representative of the company to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and promote business strategy of Clean, Safe, Compliant, Engagement, Service and EBITDA. Support the safety initiatives with the OSHA requirements. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of state, local and federal laws pertaining to Gaming and Alcohol. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and investigatory skills with attention to detail. Strong and thorough knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum five years experience in casino compliance or a regulatory position. Must be at least 21 years of age Must obtain and maintain valid gaming license. Preferred licenses: AML Certification(such as ACAMS or GAMS), TIPS, Responsible Gaming, and ICGIP PHYSICAL

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The employee may be exposed to smoke when on the floor of the gaming room.
