Work you'll do As a Manager, AI Governance on the Enterprise Operations & Risk team, you will be responsible for: Leading delivery of Trustworthy AI risk workstreams, including generative AI, agent model validation, and AI regulatory sensing, for Deloitte member firms and external clients in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry Advising client and internal stakeholders on AI risk management, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements, including escalation of complex matters to senior leaders when appropriate Developing and implementing AI governance frameworks, controls, and operating procedures that address fairness, transparency, privacy, and regulatory compliance across the AI lifecycle Managing engagement execution, including workplans, stakeholder communications, issue resolution, quality review, and coaching of team members Contributing to market activation through proposals, client materials, industry insights, and knowledge sharing across Trustworthy AI, corporate compliance, and business ethics offerings A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team Our Enterprise Operations & Risk offering enables clients to achieve profitable growth and competitive advantage by optimizing "heart of the business" operations.
