full-time Job Requirements Strong experience managing workplace accommodations and ADA compliance programs . Hands-on experience with the interactive accommodation process, including manager coaching, risk mitigation, and case resolution. Knowledge of

ADA, PWFA, FMLA, PUMP

Act, NY Human Rights Law, NJ employment laws, Title VII religious accommodations, Section 503, and VEVRAA. Experience supporting EEO compliance and Affirmative Action reporting initiatives. Familiarity with E EOC, OFCCP, EEO-1, and

VETS-4212

reporting processes. Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to work with large data sets. Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Point. Experience supporting talent acquisition compliance and hiring best practices. Comfortable partnering with HR, legal teams, managers, and external vendors. Bachelor's degree with 5-10+ years of relevant HR/compliance experience preferred. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in workplace accommodations, ADA compliance, employee relations, or HR compliance. Strong working knowledge of

ADA, PWFA, FMLA, EEOC

regulations, and related employment laws. Experience managing high-volume accommodation caseloads. Experience with EEO compliance, affirmative action programs, and reporting preferred Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SAP SuccessFactors, and Point. Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Master's degree in HR, People Analytics, or related field preferred for candidates with less experience.
