Job Description:
A growing commercial bank in the NYC market is hiring a Compliance Ethics & Advisory Lead. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CCO, focused on leading the organization's ethics compliance program while partnering closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, HR, and business leadership.
Key areas include:
  • Ethics & conflicts of interest oversight
  • Consumer compliance advisory (Reg B, Reg Z, UDAAP, Fair Lending, etc.)
  • Regulatory interaction & exam support
  • Governance, investigations, and compliance culture initiatives
  • Emerging risk and AI governance considerations Ideal candidates will bring 10+ years of banking compliance, ethics, or enterprise risk experience within a bank or consulting environment.
CRCM certification is preferred.
