The Senior Manager of Process Compliance & Learning plays a key role in driving consistency and reinforcing the company's operational foundation. This position drives compliance to company-wide processes and policies, as well as managing educational tools to enhance the understanding of processes and policies as identified by compliance reviews. Reporting to the Director of Business Process and Organization Excellence. The Senior Manager assists in mapping existing workflows, identifying gaps, and establishing standardized procedures. The Senior Manager develops and deploys methodologies and tools to ensure consistent adoption across all business units and identify non-compliance with procedures and policies. The Senior Manager also develops, deploys, and monitors training collateral associated with process and policies, both to address non-compliance and to communicate new process and policies. This is a strategic role that requires a strong understanding of how the business functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in both process development, compliance monitoring, and learning and development.
