at our corporate office. •Applicants MUST reside in the Las Vegas area•Join a Transportation Company Built on Safety, Service, and Accountability Truline Corporation is seeking an experienced DOT Compliance Manager to support and strengthen our transportation compliance and safety programs. This is a hands-on leadership role for a transportation compliance professional who understands FMCSA regulations, Hours of Service, ELD compliance, Driver Qualification files, and the operational realities of trucking. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, confident working with drivers and operations teams, and capable of helping maintain a strong culture of safety and regulatory compliance across the fleet. This position works closely with leadership, Safety, Operations, Recruiting, HR, Maintenance, and Payroll to support company-wide compliance initiatives and reduce operational risk. This is

Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor DOT and FMCSA compliance programs Review Hours of Service logs, ELD records, violations, and supporting documentation Maintain Driver Qualification files and track expiring compliance documents Support DOT audits, insurance reviews, customer compliance requests, and internal audits Review roadside inspections, violations, and corrective action items Assist with DataQs, CSA-related follow-up, and compliance reporting Support driver onboarding, orientation, and compliance training Communicate with drivers and managers regarding HOS, ELD, and regulatory requirements Partner with HR and Operations on compliance-related employee documentation and corrective action support Help identify compliance trends, process gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement Maintain accurate, organized, audit-ready records and reports Provide occasional after-hours support for urgent compliance or operational issues Qualifications Prior DOT compliance experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, or fleet operations Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT compliance requirements Experience managing Hours of Service and ELD compliance Experience reviewing driver logs, violations, supporting documents, and log edits Knowledge of Driver Qualification files and driver compliance documentation Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work professionally with drivers, managers, and leadership teams Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working full-time in an in-office environment Preferred Experience Experience with ELD platforms such as Samsara, Omnitracs, Motive, Platform Science, or PeopleNet Experience supporting DOT audits and CSA improvement initiatives Experience with FMCSA Portal, Clearinghouse, PSPs, MVRs, and DataQs Experience supporting driver onboarding or orientation programs NATMI, CDS, CSS, or similar transportation compliance certifications are a plus Compensation & Benefits $85,000 - $95,000 annual salary based on experience Full-time stable position with an established transportation company Opportunity to work directly with company leadership Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays 401(k) and additional company benefits Work Environment This is a full-time, in-office position located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
