Job Description

We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, hands-on leader. This full-time, permanent position requires an individual who is looking to "take the next step" in their career. Self-Starters only. This Monday - Friday (Afternoon / Evening ) position offers a good pay range and excellent benefits, which includes employee paid health insurance! $25/hr with upward movement. Job Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for compliance auditing ensuring the proper collection, labeling and storage of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Responsible daily to ensure compliance of all stored and collected materials. Any nonconformances identified must also be remedied immediately. Responsible to track, store and maintain all audit records. Utilize computer systems effectively, including proficiency in email and Microsoft software Communicate effectively, providing leadership to hire, train, and manage associates to succeed in their roles Continuous improvement identification, training design and implementation. Any other tasks as needed/assigned Knowledge, skills, and abilities required: Ability to work 40+ hours/weekly as required when needs arise. While not the norm, this position could potentially include nights and/or weekends in emergencies. Computer knowledge is necessary; proficient use of email and Microsoft software. Must be a list maker; very organized, task driven and focused. Must be a strong communicator with a proven record of effectively hiring and training associates to succeed in their daily-required tasks. Must have and provide strong leadership skills to create a
TEAM FIRST
attitude. Safety FIRST driven manager who audits and fosters a strong Safety Culture RCRA and DOT experience required.
Physical requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older Able to lift at least 70 lbs Must be able to walk long distances daily. Ability to stand, sit, lay, reach, bend, lift, push, pull, drive, and maintain focus for sustained periods of time Ability to safely & effectively work in an inside and outside environment
