" philosophy This role requires balancing global standards with local regulatory complexity — and influencing stakeholders across multiple sites. What You'll Lead Site-wide hazard identification and risk mitigation programs OSHA compliance, injury reporting, workers' compensation, and return-to-work programs Environmental compliance including wastewater, air emissions (Clean Air Act), chemicals, and solid waste GMP-aligned safety programs within food/ingredient manufacturing EHS Committee leadership and training governance Regulatory inspections, notices of violation, and external agency coordination Data-driven reporting to senior leadership on trends, compliance, and improvement initiatives Coaching and development of local resources You will also play a key role in educating teams and translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, understandable action.
