Job Description

Company background Alyrica Networks is an Internet Service Provider in the Mid-Willamette valley that services its customers through both wireless and fiber solutions. At Alyrica we strive to be the best customer experience in telecommunication. We believe in building a great company for our employees to work at so they can focus on serving the customer. As Alyrica continues to grow we are looking for great people to join our team. We are seeking a candidate who is willing to help people first and go the extra mile for our customers. We also are looking for someone who is willing to take ownership and has the courage to do the right thing. Alyrica Networks is expanding high-speed fiber and fixed-wireless broadband across rural Oregon. We're now delivering five federally funded BEAD projects — roughly $39.7M in grants across the Central Linn, Harrisburg, Cascade, Yamhill Carlton, and Dallas school-district areas — and we need a Grants & Compliance Manager to keep them compliant, on schedule, and audit-ready. You'll be our point person with the Oregon Broadband Office (Business Oregon) from build-out through years of ongoing obligations.
What You'll Do :
Be Alyrica's primary contact with the Oregon Broadband Office — track, interpret, and stay ahead of every grantor request and deadline. Own a master compliance tracker across all five BEAD awards: milestones, reports, certifications, and deadlines in one place. Prepare and submit performance and financial reports accurately and on time. Track and substantiate cash and in-kind match; support drawdowns and the Single Audit under 2 CFR 200. Coordinate environmental (EHP/NEPA/NHPA) reviews, Build America Buy America, prevailing-wage, cybersecurity, and low-cost-plan requirements. Manage long-term, post-construction obligations to protect against clawback or default. Partner with finance, engineering, field ops, vendors, and outside counsel; hold subcontractors accountable for their documentation.
What We Are Looking For:
5+ years in grants management, regulatory compliance, or program/project coordination — federal or state awards ideal. Working knowledge of federal cost principles (2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance), or the ability to ramp quickly. Experience working directly with government grantors and recurring reporting obligations. Exceptional organization, deadline discipline, documentation rigor, and clear writing.
Bonus :
BEAD or broadband-program experience (RDOF, USDA ReConnect, USF); EHP/BABA/Davis-Bacon/Single Audit familiarity;
CGMS or PMP Compensation and Logistics :
