$90,000-130,000/year We are seeking a Regulatory Manager with strong EPA product registration experience to support a global portfolio of disinfectant, antimicrobial, and specialty chemical products. This role ensures regulatory compliance acrossU.S. EPA
requirements and international chemical regulations while supporting product commercialization and lifecycle strategy. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on global product approvals, labeling compliance, and regulatory strategy execution . What you'll do Serve as a subject matter expert in chemicals, disinfectants, and antimicrobials. Develop and implement global regulatory strategies to support commercialization, lifecycle management, and market expansion. Review and monitor regulatory changes; communicate potential impacts to senior management. Provide regulatory input during product development, formulation, and manufacturing changes. Coordinate product registration activities domestically and internationally (40-60% of weekly activity). Prepare regulatory submissions and support domestic regulatory reporting (EPA, FDA, state registrations, renewals). Respond to regulatory agency inquiries related to registrations, notifications, and changes. Participate in regulatory audits and inspections; prepare briefing/support documents. Update and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Review product label content (high-tier/priority) to ensure compliance. Provide regulatory training and guidance for internal stakeholders. Support compliance with OSHA/environmental regulations and maintain a safe work area. What we're looking forMinimum Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Physics, Quality, Environmental Science, or related discipline.Experience:
5-8 years in regulatory compliance for pharma, biotech, hygiene, cleanroom, chemical, or related regulated industry (7+ years if from an adjacent field). Experience with disinfectants, antimicrobials, or biocidal products a plus. Crop protection/agricultural pesticide regulation experience is immediately transferable.Regulatory Frameworks:
Direct experience with US EPA (FIFRA), CA DPR, Health CanadaNNHPD, OSHA
Hazcom, CanadaWHMIS, CA
SB258, CARB, Prop 65.Familiarity with:
EU-BPR, GB-BPR, K-BPR, EU-REACH, EU-CLP, Australia's WHS Act, K-REACH, TGA (international).Skills:
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).Proficiency:
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Exceptional attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications Product stewardship Label review and technical document drafting/review Exposure to cGMP, ISO 9001.
