Position Purpose The Academic Records and Compliance Manager supports compliance work related to enrollment reporting, student records, and military education benefits. The position coordinates required reporting of student enrollment and degree completion to external entities, including the National Student Clearinghouse, and serves as the School Certifying Official for VA and other military education benefits. The Manager also reviews student record data, resolves reporting errors, supports internal audits of submitted data, and helps document processes that support accurate and consistent reporting. In addition, the position provides operational support to the Institutional Registrar's Office by maintaining registrar resources, policy materials, training materials, and process documentation. Description Required Qualifications•Education and Yrs Exp Bachelors plus 6 or more years' experience or combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications•Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Three years of experience with data management in a higher education environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and demonstrated aptitude for learning new software systems.
Ability to analyze data, identify errors or inconsistencies, and support accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret and apply rules, procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent experience
Experience working in a Registrar's Office or comparable student records environment.
Experience with National Student Clearinghouse and/or NSLDS reporting.
Experience supporting VA or other military education benefits.
