Help us rethink compliance in energy trading. As our Compliance Manager, you'll take the lead on shaping, running, and evolving our compliance framework across US power and gas markets. You'll work close to trading, risk, and tech
  • making sure we stay sharp, compliant, and ready to act in fast-moving markets.
This isn't a back-office role. You'll be in the flow of the business, where decisions are made and impact is real. What you'll do You'll ensure our trading activities comply with US regulations (CFTC, FERC, EIA), ISO rules, and internal policies You'll prepare and submit regulatory filings, including hedge exemptions, CFTC Form 40, and FERC Form 552 You'll develop and deliver compliance training, keeping teams aligned with regulatory changes and internal standards You'll advise trading teams on exchange rules, position limits, hedge exemptions, and related activities You'll monitor trading activity and communications, improving surveillance methods as we evolve You'll support responses to investigations and regulatory requests tied to our US trading activities You'll collaborate across teams to strengthen compliance frameworks and internal controls You'll drive our annual market conduct risk assessment to prioritize key compliance efforts Your Team You'll join a small, high-impact Compliance team where autonomy is real.   • and play a central role in building compliance at InCommodities North America What you bring You have 10-15 years of experience in compliance within trading environments You've worked hands-on in algorithmic or systematic trading setups You bring experience from financial and physical energy commodities trading You understand risk compliance in energy markets You know US regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements inside out You're confident in navigating ICE US, CME, and Nodal exchange rules You understand US power markets, ISOs (including ERCOT), and Financial Transmission Rights You hold a degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a similar field How you work You bring sharp attention to detail•because the details matter You act with integrity and high ethical standards You stay curious and keep learning as markets and regulations evolve You take ownership and drive processes end-to-end You manage your time well and stay structured in a fast-paced setup You stay calm under pressure and focused on what matters You collaborate openly and work closely with different teams What you can expect from us You'll join with a steep learning curve supported by a thorough onboarding program that sets you up for success from day one.
