We are seeking someone who is organized, responsive, clinically sound, and able to support staff while maintaining strong documentation and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading a team, addressing challenges directly, and helping strengthen quality of care. This position will oversee a team of approximately 8 Peer Support Specialists and play an important role in staff development, service quality, and program compliance. Responsibilities Supervise and support Peer Support Specialists in the delivery of services Review service documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance Provide ongoing staff supervision, coaching, and support Assist staff with barriers to service delivery and client engagement Monitor documentation timeliness and service completion Participate in quality assurance and chart review activities Support compliance with Medicaid, payer, and agency expectations Collaborate with leadership to strengthen systems and service delivery Qualifications Must meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) requirements Experience supervising behavioral health or community-based staff preferred Strong understanding of Medicaid documentation and compliance Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead staff with professionalism and accountability Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed What We're Looking For We want someone who: Communicates well and follows through Is organized and detail-oriented Can support staff while maintaining accountability Is comfortable addressing documentation concerns Values compliance, teamwork, and quality care Wants to grow with an organization focused on doing things the right way This is a full-time salaried leadership role for someone seeking stability, professional growth, and the opportunity to help build a strong behavioral health team.
