As the Senior Director of eLearning Content, you will lead the strategy and development of high-quality, scalable eLearning content for NAVEX Ethics & Compliance Training. You are accountable for ensuring learning experiences are instructionally sound, creatively compelling, expertly reviewed, operationally disciplined, and aligned to customer needs and business priorities. Reporting to this role are two core functions: Instructional Design and Media Production. You will bring deep experience managing creative professionals and external vendors, including partners producing AI-enabled media and scripted learning assets, and ensure all content meets defined instructional, quality, and brand standards. This role works closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to support change management, portfolio evolution, and business transformation.
