World Business Lenders — About Us World Business Lenders (WBL) is proud to offer short-term, real estate-backed commercial loans to a diverse range of small and medium-sized businesses across the United States, especially those who may find it challenging to secure traditional financing. Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though there might be times when additional hours are needed to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the title clearance team by providing direction, feedback, and support for efficient operations. Manage workload by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and balancing resources to meet deadlines and goals. Promote team development through training and professional growth opportunities. Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards. Act as primary escalation contact to resolve issues promptly and communicate with stakeholders. Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements Required Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant proficiency.
Required Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in a title leadership role. Preferred Background /
Industry Experience:
Experience in title insurance and lending services.
Key Soft Skills:
Effective communication abilities Proven leadership experience Adaptability and problem-solving skills Strong time management capabilities
Technical Skills:
